Welder/ Fettler

We are currently looking for individuals to join our facility in Sheffield as Welder / Fettler to assist with the general repairs to our Casting.
- With a basic hourly rate starting at £13.18ph and with Time and 1/6th Early shift Time and a 1/4 Backshift allowances
- Regular overtime including weekends up to Double time (Sundays)

Ideally we are looking for individual who have experience TIG Welding and experienced in using a range of machinery including Grinders, Drills and hand tools

You will be required to:

- Ensure the reduction or elimination of any rework for surface finish.
- using TIG welding methods to infill and repair products.
- Visual inspection
- Using overhead crane and other lifting equipment.
- Understanding of quality issues and ability to make necessary adjustments to ensure product meets the customers expectations.
- Familiarity with modern management techniques such as TPM and 5s.
- Working safely throughout all activities in line with Paralloy’s safety standards and procedures.
