Austin Racing is a UK-based company that specialises in designing and manufacturing high-performance motorcycle exhaust systems. We are known for our distinctive premium quality and innovative designs that offer a significant boost in performance, sound, and aesthetics.
**We have an immediate vacancy for a Factory Hand / Assembly.**
- Will need to have knowledge of workshop machinery.
- Excellent standards of quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in buzzing workshop floor team with 20+ staff.
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- A good knowledge of bikes is an added bonus
**Specific Responsibilities Include**:
- Working with the factory team to deliver efficiency
- The ability to demonstrate clear knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement.
- Maintaining the workshop
- Component production
- Use of work shop machinery
- Blasting tube
