Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and address them promptly and accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
