**About us**

We are an established premium mental health service based in central Hove. We offer Neurodevelopmental assessments, Psychological Therapies and wellbeing support to people experiencing common difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem and low mood. We are a friendly team who are creative in our practice and we are embarking on some new and exciting developments.

**The role**

We are looking for someone who is warm and approachable as you will often be the first point of contact. The role comprises of various responsibilities including:

- Responding to enquiries from new and existing clients.
- Communicating effectively with both clients and team members.
- Assisting with managing therapists’ diaries.
- Taking payments and bookings.
- Liaising with referring services.
- Contacting clients for payment.
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients and insurers.
- Managing bank reconciliations to XERO (experience with Xero is desirable but not essential) and verifying outstanding payments and receipts.
- Verifying invoices for associate therapists.
- The ability to work independently with little or no supervision when required (we will offer in-house training).
- The ability to handle multiple tasks with good organisation and attention to detail.
- General office administration.
- Some PA duties including helping organise social events and business trips.
