This role is an apprenticeship within a lively, close-knit company in Bristol. Day-to-day you will assist with the building and setting up of PCs using the high-Quality Assurance standards of the business for total customer satisfaction. The PCs that you build will be to customer specification, meaning you will be in a unique position to understand the innerworkings of the business and develop cross-team experience in communicating at all levels, working to deadlines, working to specifications and building professional relationships with your peers and customers. You will work closely with both the Production Team, Customer Service and Q/A. This is a wide-ranging role that will offer you valuable experience and help you kickstart your expertise. Full training will be provided in the job role, with opportunities for progression and hands-on learning.

- Building and setup of PCs for new sites as well as customer service, to the standards set by our Q/A team, ensuring you get experience building things to the highest quality.
- How to debug multiple types of PC, diagnose and fix faulty returns.
- Working closely with the rest of the Production Team as well as the Customer Support team.
- Building relations with engineers throughout the business as well as suppliers as your experience and confidence grows.
- Working with experienced Staff for training on the job role
- Maintaining production records of all equipment, produced, tested & despatched.
- Being part of the Production Team means you will get the opportunity to build skills in the following areas:

- Electrical engineering.
- Power tools and Hand tools.
- Stock systems.
- General assemblies of our car parking machines.

*Information Communications Technician Training*

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

- Data Security
- Hardware & Software
- Computer Networking and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships ICT Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021. We also boast the highest Ofsted rating, which only a select few training providers in the region have.

The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded technician. You will learn in detail about:
