**Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Bridal and Couture **Product Administrator to join the Bridal & Couture in the London Office on a Full time basis.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accurately log all incoming orders into the Orders Master Sheet.
- Check each order upon receival (measurements, item details, etc.) and challenge any discrepancies.
- Assist partners and clients with orders queries.
- Lease with the Buying Department, Showroom teams and the PD/Studio team to efficiently coordinate necessary actions to register and manage the flow of bulk seasonal orders and clients re-orders.
- Works closely with the Production Development team and Product Coordinator.
- Create product codes on PLM for all (MTO) Made to Order and (MTM) Made to Measure orders, plus ad hoc Couture orders.
- Upload product prices on SAP and advise Showroom/Buying to generate relative OC.
- Manage seasons line opening and closing on SAP.
- For VW orders, ensure that prices are pushed to Prism.
- Perform monthly orders audit across all stores. Cross check data across Master Sheet and planned production runs and flag any discrepancies.
- Supporting with the creation of material needed for the seasonal selling such as selling books, lookbooks, pricelists, etc.
- Assisting during sampling and production fittings.
- Create a monthly orders report for the Bridal Collection Senior Manager.
- In collaboration with the PD team and Product Coordinator check fabric and capacity availability (in house or with manufacturer) for any rush orders or special custom requests.
- Work closely with the Product Coordinator to ensure all special custom and MTM orders are correctly handed over for the pattern makers team to work on.
- Leasing with PD Assistant to organize any necessary samples and swatches when requested from stores.
- Cover in the absence of the Product Coordinator (will be trained in PO raising).

**PROFILE & KEY SKILLS**
- Preferable previous experience in using SAP and PLM systems.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and set priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Use initiative when prioritising workload.
- Show ability to problem solve.
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
