MYM Recruitment are continuing to be work with our client who are a manufacturing company based in Toome. They currently have an opportunity for an experienced **Parts** **Administrator** in their Toome Office This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding company that offers continuous training & development and career progression.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- All administrative work as required.
- Filing and organising of documents.
- Ordering parts & receiving parts.
- Stocking production racks.
- Creating delivery notes along with creating shipping dockets, DHL TNT DPD etc.
- Delivery dockets - matching, filing, identifying missing dockets and requesting copies Label shelves, for old and new parts, to get things more organised.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Good work ethic
- Good computer skills
- Forklift licence desirable
- Good attitude to work and willing to learn
- Ability to perform general administration duties to a high level independently.
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
