Spa Reservationist

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for promoting spa services, packages, and special offers.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our spa offerings to upsell and cross-sell services to guests.
- Work closely with the revenue manager to optimize pricing and availability, maximizing revenue potential.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive spa bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and communication history.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the revenue manager, spa manager, and hotel director on booking trends, performance metrics, and guest feedback.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, resolving any issues or concerns as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and promote spa services effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for wellness and hospitality, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends is an asset.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
