Are you dedicated, compassionate, and experienced in support work? We have an exciting opportunity for a Male Support Worker to join our forensic service in Dunfermline. In collaboration with Randstad Care, this role offers a chance to positively impact the lives of 4 male service users with varying learning disabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to 4 male service users in their homes and within the community.
- Assist with daily activities, fostering independence and social inclusion.
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Encourage participation in community-based activities.
- Maintain clear and accurate support records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of support work experience with individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
- Ability to work effectively within a cluster service, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to enhancing quality of life.
- Understanding of person-centred approaches and adaptability in support strategies.
