We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a **QHSE Advisor** to join our heat transfer team in **Aberdeen.**

**Accountability**
- Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
- Ensure legal and other requirements are met
- Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters
- Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics
- Audit compliance to standards and legal requirements
- Ensure accurate records are maintained
- Participate in internal QHSE meetings and investigations
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing methods and systems
- Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement

**Person Specification**

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- NEBOSH or equivalent
- Auditing qualification
- Extensive experience and understanding of management system standards
