**Abatec are currently looking for a Maintenance / Handy Person to join our client based in Portbury Docks, Bristol.**

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Read and follow instructions.
- Using a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in maintenance knowledge and repair techniques
- Competent in English language skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of electrical systems and repairs
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
