Admin and Training Co-ordinator
A new and exciting opportunity has become available to join our fantastic team as our training co-ordinator to manage the training schedule of new employees.
Main
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with the Team Managers and Service Manager with regards new employees training requirements
- To arrange appropriate and relevant training to enable to carry out their work to a high standard and in accordance with current legislation and Policies and Procedures
- Maintain training records for all staff in accordance with company requirements and regulatory bodies
- Working 09:30 - 14:00 4 days a week.
- General admin duties
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong admin and communication skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
We require someone with the ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines without hindering on quality of delivery. You will need to be able to adapt to change and quickly get on board with our values and beliefs.
