**Streetwork Permit Administrator**

**Washington**

**J**ob Outline**

Produce all relevant construction information to allow for the operational delivery on site. Manage and maintain all associated documentation within ULIS management system.

**Responsibilities**
- Input of all permit requirements on relevant systems whilst complying with NRSWA requirements
- Monitor and maintain compliance to minimise financial risk.
- Coordination with local authorities on all matters relating to permits, TTRO/N, early starts etc
- Coordinate closely with Surveyor / Planner
- Effective liaison with all stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- NRSWA (Awareness)
- Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
- Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
- Basic CAD skills (Desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role, or similar.
- T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Some flexibility of working hours may be required.
