Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Client Quality Assurance Analyst on behalf of our client based in Manchester to join them on a 6 month contract basis initially that could later develop into a permanent position.
They are looking for people with an audit background who are familiar with SOX controls, are strong with excel and have proven experience of working with multiple accounting systems; someone who can pick things up quickly.
The role is working for a well-known, successful legal business near Manchester so experience in the legal sector would be beneficial, but not necessary.
**Duties**:
*Complete client file reviews
*Compile audit performance reports as required
*Communicate with relevant persons in the business to deliver constructive feedback
*Assist in implementing new processes in relation to design and training
*Review Service Level Agreements and ensure changes are communicated effectively to relevant teams
*Monitor compliant with the client SLA, with a particular focus on finance and billing
*Analyse data to identify best practice
*Support other members where necessary
*Preparing presentations for clients
*Supporting the Senior QA and Client Operations Manager when necessary
