**About The Role**:
As the prescription Building and Administration Team Leader you will be responsible for Leading, managing and driving the performance of the LPCH Prescription Building and Administration Team to ensure the team meet their KPI’s daily. You will gain exposure to different projects and develop your management skills.

Your role will involve monitoring the team’s performance throughout the day and take actions to ensure targets are achieved. Coach the team’s performance and identify any training needs.
