**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**

**£26,000 - £29,600 per annum**

**NG18 - Full Time, Permanent**
- Our client, a fascinating player in a brilliant field are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the growth and development of the business by attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a diverse range of skills within the company to drive organisational objectives._

**Accountabilities**
- Administration of all pre-employment activities, ensuring safer recruitment activity is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maximising our presence both online and in our local community by advertising, developing the Employee Value Proposition, attending careers fairs and proactively searching for talent.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to understand company objectives and plan talent strategies to optimise time to fill and overall performance.
- Work with recruitment agencies to negotiate competitive Terms & Conditions and build relationships to work exclusively where possible.
- Deliver diverse and inclusive recruiting activities that meet the Company’s communication & marketing strategy, as well as enhancing the dynamic needs of the Leadership Team.
- Manage and build relations with a variety of internal stakeholders to collaborate on recruitment opportunities.
- Organisation and facilitation of our Induction week, including follow up support to all new starters.

**Experience**
- At least two years experience working in a recruitment or generalist HR role.
- Some experience of either supporting or leading the creation of a new role including researching and analysis of the job market.
- Practical experience of either supporting or leading an Employee Induction programme.
- Experience of providing advice and guidance on HR matters, specifically in relation to recruitment, selection and onboarding.

**Skills**
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to write factual and interesting pieces for the use of recruitment campaigns for internal and external platforms.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

An ability to work holistically with a wider picture mentality
