**IRS Group **are urgently recruiting production based operatives to join their clients, a market leader in food and ingredient mixing industry.

We are seeking production based staff to work within the production facility covering a variety of roles listed below;
- Picking Ingredients, weighing quantities, and arranging pallets ready for mixing
- Loading & Unloading ingredients in correct sequence following mixing schedule
- General Cleaning of the area and work station
- Weekly machine deep cleaning
- Packing/Wrapping and Despatch
- All other associated warehouse/production based roles

**We have a variety of roles for our clients listed below;**
- **Monday to Friday, Dayshifts**:

- **Monday to Friday - 0600-1400/ 1400-2200 (alternating shifts weekly)**:

- **Nightshifts - Sunday-Thursday 10pm-06am**

Full-time roles, 40 hours per week with additional overtime available

Shift Allowances & Attendance Bonuses paid, alongside additional overtime premium.

Long Term, On-Going Roles (Not Christmas Vacancies) - Clean & Warm working environment - Full Training given
