Tech Lead

**Role Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will include:

- Assist our Product and Software Development Managers in prioritizing, defining, and guiding the delivery of product features within the dynamic realm of Future State Architecture.
- Collaborate within our development team to improve scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability.
- Provide support, guidance, and mentoring to fellow team members.
- Engage in all phases of feature development, from conception to deployment, and contribute to ongoing updates and enhancements.
- Tackle diverse challenges spanning the product and codebase landscape.

**Person Specification**

Essential skills will include:

- Experience with.Net /C#.
- Azure experience
- Leading a team of developers
- Liasing with Stakeholders in UX Product DevOps and Architecture
- Translate business requirements into software designs.
