Housekeeping

Hello

We are looking for a part-time houskeeper in Bridgerule and Bude. The position is Monday to Friday, approximately 4-20 hours week. You will work in a large private house and service the main house's guest cottages once the guests have left. There is also a holiday rental in central Bude which will also need to be cleaned regularly. A very high level is expected and attention to detail crucial. We currently have a head housekeeper and you would be working with and support by them. The hours will always be between 10am - 3pm; some flexibility may be required from time to time.

THE ROLE:
1. To deep clean the house regularly

2. Change bedding and ready old bedding for laundry.

3. Replenish shower/shower gels etc, including towels.

4. Clean garden BBQ and outdoor seating.

5. Dispose of waste.

6. Iron 1000 thread bedding and clothes.

7. Service bedrooms daily as well as communal areas.

THE PERSON:
1. Someone with a can do attitude.

2. Reliable and arrives to work on time.

3. Someone willing to take instructions and willing to improve if certain tasks are not completed to the required standard.

4. Enjoys working within a positive team.

5. Someone who works to a very high standard and takes pride in their work.

6. A person who notices maintenance issues and reports them immediately so they can be rectified.

EXPERIENCE:
1. Someone who has had at least 1 years work experience in house keeping doing a 5 star clean
