- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, proper set-up, and organization
- Maintain a neat and presentable appearance of the host stand
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests over the phone
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members
