You will work closely with the nursery management team to ensure outstanding outcomes for the children in your room.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in room leading and will be willing to take on additional management responsibilities.
**Some duties would include**:
- safeguarding responsibilities
- Early years practice management
- Peer observation completion
- Staff training and support
- Working with children and their families to get the best outcomes
- Implementation of the early years foundation stage and the characteristics of effective learning

**We are looking for someone who**:
- Is driven and eager to progress in their career
- Has experience of working with the early years foundation stage
- Has experience in training and supporting others
- Is able to work under own initiative
- Is able to work effectively with the management team to work towards nursery targets
- Has experience of working with parents
- Is able to create and maintain an outstanding environment
- Has and understanding of safeguarding indicators
- Has a basic understanding of the Leuven scales for well being and the impact of in the moment planning.
