**Permanent Position Required**: Digital Experience Executive

A leading housing association is looking for a Digital Experience Executive to support the delivery of customer experience across the organisation's digital channels.

You will work with the wider digital team and their digital strategy across many platforms including website updates, online content creation, and the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

**Location**: London

**Salary**: £31,000 - £38,000 + excellent bonus and benefits

**Agile / Hybrid working** - 2 days onsite per week

**As a Digital Experience Executive, you will**:

- Work with the digital team to ensure BAU website work is delivered effectively and in line with the digital strategy
- Ensure content is tagged and tracked appropriately according to digital standards using analytical tools
- Discover customer pain-points and conduct root cause and behavioural analysis and innovate customer experience through multivariate testing and experimental techniques
- Manage the delivery of analytical reports on new and existing content to measure success of changes and improve future digital activity
- Support the wider digital team across a range of tasks
- Support in the delivery of online marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team
- Ensure all digital content across digital channels is accurate and aligned with the digital strategy
- Contribute to best practice across digital channels through accessibility, security, corporate and visual identity and user-centric design.

**A successful Digital Experience Executive will have**:

- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) system
- Industry experience on corporate facing websites
- Knowledge of digital best practice across different digital channels
- Good organisational and communication skills
