**Registered Manager - Tipton**

Our Client is looking for a Registered Manager to Manage a brand-new Purpose-built care facility, to meet the needs of around 20 service users with complex Nursing needs and rehabilitation requirements. we are looking for a manager that has experience managinga Nursing home, handling CQC inspections and dealing with local authorities, whilst creating a friendly home from home feel for service users and staff alike.

**Salary - negotiable and will be discussed at interview**

**The Role - Registered Manager**
- Overseeing every aspect of the nursing home supporting the Staff, Residents and the families
- maintaining medication records and Developing care plans
- monitoring and putting in place standards for service user care within the home
- Providing clinical leadership and teaching members of staff good practice
- Maintaining staff rotas and smooth running of the home
- Carrying out internal audits and reviews

**The Successful Registered Manager will have/be**:

- Registered Nurse with active NMC pin (desirable)
- Will have strong leadership skills
- Previous experience as Registered Manager of a Nursing Home
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Has an honest and caring nature
- Clear DBS
