About the Role
You will be working as an Allocations & Admin Advisor within our Guest Services Department, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our Guests leave with a magical holiday experience.
This role required flexibility as the hours that are available will include working some evenings and weekends.

**Key responsibilities and duties include**:
Covering the Resort Switchboard
Covering Lost Property
Administration duties within the Allocations & Admin Department
Sorting and sending of incoming and outgoing daily Resort Post
All aspects of Caravan Administration, owner queries, making packs, checking in
Assisting in the allocation of Seated Arena Breaks
Work closely with all Guest Services Team looking after Guests either in person or by phone to achieve Resort targets and provide exceptional levels of customer service
Provide information and strive to exceed customer needs
Assisting our value chain on Resort, in Hemel and the other Resorts when required.

About You
Be computer literate
Have passion and enthusiasm
Enjoy working as part of a team
Have great listening skills (encouraging dialogue/delivering clear messages)
Be able to Handle Guests and calls in an empathetic manner (discovering and responding to Guest needs)
Have a tenacious attitude to work and a work ethic aligned to a Counsellor Sales Approach rather than Hard Sell.
