Busy Bees at Bernard Street are proud to hold Ofsted rating Good. Based in a residential area and close to local amenities within 15 minutes’ walk from St Albans train station, with good links to A1, M1 and M25 with free onsite parking. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming new Level 2 and Level 3 Practitioner's, joining them in giving our children the best start in life.

**About our Benefits**

As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a **salary up to £26,000 **per annum, plus you will also be entitled to:

**What to expect as Nursery Practitioner**
- As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
- And most of all have FUN
