**Senior Fundraiser**

**40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, £40,517 - £48,168 per annum.**

The Ruskin Mill Trust Group operates five colleges and associated residential provisions in: Nailsworth, Stourbridge, Sheffield, Birmingham, Pembrokeshire, as well as independent specialist schools in Worcestershire, Bristol, Sheffield, and North Yorkshire. We provide innovative and experiential education for children and young people with special learning needs, developed out of the inspiration of Rudolf Steiner, William Morris, and John Ruskin.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Fundraiser based in Clent, Nr Stourbridge, West Midlands as a key member of the Fundraising Team. You will develop and implement strategies for raising funds and obtaining capital grants, ensuring that all fundraising activities embed the vision, values, purpose and method of Ruskin Mill Trust.

To undertake this role successfully you will need to possess excellent analytic, written, verbal, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as experience of investigating and researching topics and opportunities for philanthropic support.

You must have experience of managing a diverse workload, meeting strict deadlines and experience of working within a complex organisation, be adaptable and show initiative with high levels of personal, emotional and social intelligence.
