**The Role**:
Working as part of our well-established and successful Crawley team at Huntress, this role will see you being involved in all aspects of recruitment. A snapshot of what your day may involve includes:

- Advertising job vacancies
- Formatting CV’s
- Arranging registrations and interviews
- Using and updating various in-house databases
- Sending out mailshots
- Liaising with clients

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience within recruitment or administration
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet changing deadlines
- Highly organised
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build strong working relationships

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 08.45am - 5.45pm and after completion of probation, you will have the opportunity to work under the hybrid model, which is working in the office Monday and Tuesday, then working from home Wednesday - Friday.
