The Talent Crowd and recruiting Support Workers to provide support to vulnerable adults with Autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour throughout Preston.

**The Role**
You will be working in private supported living services providing support to vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour. You will be supporting with daily living tasks such as general cleaning duties, supporting with shopping, attending appointments such as GP appointments, leading and attending chosen activities, support with finances such as daily budgeting, supporting, and assisting with personal care, and 2:1 and 1:1 enhanced observations. You will complete daily notes such as care plans and diaries, communicating with other professionals and family members. The is a role is for a full-time hours block booking, which consists of earlies, long days, lates and night shifts.
There will be an opportunity to work with the client permanently should you pass the 12 week probationary period.

**Person specification**- The Talent Crowd will need to obtain professional employment references to cover a three-year period- Experience of working in a similar setting as a support worker or care assistant within supported living, challenging behaviour, Autism and learning disabilities (Preferred but not essential as full training can be provided)- The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment as a team member and lone working**Benefits**

You will work with one of the largest UK healthcare providers via the Talent Crowd supporting vulnerable adults with Learning disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviour within a supported living setting. You will work within a core team that provide the highest level of care possible to ensure service users can be happy, healthy, and safe from harm.
