Wood Machinist

Our client in Haslingden, Rossendale is looking to recruit a Wood Machinist for a temp to perm role out of their Woodshop department

**The role will involve**:

- Manufacture and Assembly of various Furniture
- Following drawings and designs
- Using hand tools and power tools
- Operation of a variety of machines including Saws, Sanders, CNC's, thicknesser and tenoners
- Quality inspection

**The working times and pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 08:00-16:30
- 40 hours per week after breaks
- £11.50 - £13.50 p/h + dependant on experience
- Overtime after 40 hours at x 1.25 in the week and x 1.5 at the weekends

**Skills/Experience Needed**:

- Machine Operating experience
- Ability to read specifications and follow designs
- Experience manufacturing various furniture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
