Acorn by Synergie is working in partnership with Honeywell in Yeovil, Somerset and have opportunities for a Semi-Skilled Diaphragms Operatives to work on full-time basis starting as soon as possible.

Hours: Range of Shift Available

Days
- Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 12:00)

Days / Late Swing Shift
- Days - Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 13:00)
- Lates - Monday to Thursday (15:30 to 00:00)

Perm Nights
- Start Sunday night at 10:00pm and Finish at 07:00am Monday
- Tuesday - 00:00am to 07:00am
- Wednesday - 00:00am to 07:00am
- Thursday - 00:00am to 07:00am
- Friday - 00:00am to 07:00am

Pay: £14.55 - 14.83 per hour

The role will involve Semi-Skilled Diaphragms Operatives of Aerospace Equipment, the position holds the following responsibilities:

- Vac-blast, mill, clean, prep, and reactivate diaphragm components within a fix-process environment
- Have a high level of manual dexterity required due to the size and complexity of product
- Working in clean room standard environment, and following all PPE requirements
- OCQ - Operator Control of Quality
- To achieve on-time delivery and to work is completed to the required standard
- Interpreting engineering drawings, following the process layout and documentation procedures
- Working effectively in a lean environment
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly/fitting/testing/machining
- High standard of health & safety
- Adhering to company processes & procedures
- Working in a customer-focused environment and achieving targets
- Working with Designers and Engineers
