**Learning Mentor. Student Services. Fixed Term until 31 July 2024. Term Time Only. 38 weeks per year.**

**1 x 37 hours per week post. 1 x 20 hours per week post.**

As a learning mentor you will be responsible for managing mentoring appointments and drop-in sessions, assessing your students' support needs, identifying barriers to their learning, target setting and monitoring progress. You will also be required to support Care Experienced young people in their Personal Education Plan Meetings representing the college when required. This is a fixed term post for the rest of this academic year.
