We're looking for an Information Security Learning Specialist who expects more from their career. It's a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby's Information Security Team, and it's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our team, you'll work with world class and passionate people to educate our global workforce on how to mitigate against cyber security threats, reduce 'Human Risk' factors, spot malicious communications, and identify cyber security 'red flags' that could cause reputational harm to dunnhumby. You'll also own and drive the global Role - Based Information Security Learning Programme, the 'Security Champions' programme, and also create, and report upon, realistic phishing simulations.

**What you'll be working on**
- Facilitate and manage the dunnhumby Global Information Security Learning & Culture Plan, and all related Cyber / InfoSec area learning and development programmes for dunnhumby colleagues, in alignment with the dunnhumby Cyber Transformation Plan; focusing on Onboarding, Awareness, Role - Based Learning and Mandatory Training.
- Schedule, plan and deliver regular phishing simulation campaigns (general / targeted) in - line with the CISO's requirements, and which is required by the Cyber Transformation Plan; aligned with Tesco Group Cyber Security learning initiatives. Following up on repeat simulation 'fallers', in line with the dunnhumby Learning Intervention Process.
- Support the dunnhumby Business Integrity Team and interested dunnhumby stakeholders to successfully deliver the annual and mandatory training modules.
- Ensure that Cyber Security Culture Assessments are completed annually to gauge the effectiveness of dunnhumby colleague Cyber Security education and awareness; and address any gaps to resolve.
- Support the CISO, Information Security Leadership Team and Global Head of Physical Security to source or design training programmes to meet regional / global needs that are not covered by core curricula, partnering with regional vendors if needed.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance and learning gaps, as well as business and learner context within assigned areas within each global dunnhumby Region, and use this to inform proposals for development solutions.
- Gather information and feedback to support the measurement of the agreed learning, performance and business outcomes of the dunnhumby Global Information Security Learning & Culture Plan.
- Feedback information about the success of global learning programmes in improving regional / global performance to the appropriate portfolio owner.
- Maintain strong relationships internally and externally; including the Tesco Group Cyber Security Learning & Awareness Teams, Cyber Threat Intelligence Lead, Country Heads / Leads, SecOps Team, Infrastructure Teams, Physical Security & Safety Teams, HR Teams, KnowBe4, SANS Institute, industry peers etc.

**What we expect from you**
- Significant experience of developing a global information security awareness strategy, with the intention of reducing people risk, and measuring that reduction.
- Strong experience of delivering comprehensive Cyber Security Training and / or Cyber Security Culture & Awareness Plans, within a global organisation.
