We are currently recruiting for a Supplier Relationship Consultant, you will be working with a team of Relationship Managers supporting the management of relationships between the Phoenix Group and its Outsourced Service Providers.

**Specifically this will involve**:

- Supporting the management of the relationships between Phoenix Group and its outsourced service providers (OSPs).
- Supporting the management of the contractual and commercial arrangements between Phoenix Group and its OSPs,
- To provide support within the Commercial Partnerships Team to ensure Outsourced Service Providers are adhering to Governance requirements.
- Supporting the management of the Third Party Management Framework
- To support production and development of appropriate management information and executive analysis in respect of Outsourced Service Providers delivery
- To support Relationship Managers (RM’s) with project / change initiatives relating to the OSPs
- Manage and develop OSP relationships with support from the Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) and RMs
- Manage operational risks associated with the OSP relationships and contractual arrangements
- Engage with Stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the collation and tracking of all queries and issues (including commercial) through to resolution.
- Provide support for governance meetings to ensure they are run to schedule using the agreed format ensuring relevant report and inputs are available within the agreed timescale and that the with clear and concise minutes produced.

**What are we looking for?**

It is desirable to have worked in a similar Pensions & Life Insurance environment, and to have an understanding of regulatory/contractual framework associated, in addition to outsourced arrangements. Also to have demonstrable understanding of contract and third party management skills, combined with knowledge and experience of service level and performance management.
