**Role**: Studio Lead

**Location**:London, England, United Kingdom (Onsite one - two days a week)

**ROLE MISSION**

Working in partnership with our client, the Studio Lead will be leading the production based creative artwork capabilities and leaning in to lead and complete artwork services with technical expertise and guidance. You will take briefs from the client, therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the multiple briefs. Taking personal responsibility for personal development and time management of the team are important requirements. Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma - coupled with proactivity to test and embrace new automation and AI tech to help unlock better efficiencies and smarter ways of working.

- You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
- You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Guide and lead an artwork based team, helping to table and push both quality, speed and champion creativity.
- Undertake artwork to the client's brief and exacting standards.
- Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and client and provide excellent customer service.
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales individually and for the team.
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in a wide range of collateral for both print and digital.
- Take responsibility for continued professional development individually and for the team..
- Work proactively to help build the team, win new opportunities and develop stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Operations lead, Business lead and brand QC lead to drive the team forward
- Connect the global team closely to bridge the physical gap between location bases.

**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Experience in running and helping to supercharge, support and inspire a team
- Ability to work accurately and provide and lead consistent artwork quality.
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines, suggest improvements.
- Experience in management of extensive artwork toolkits (both print and digital).
- Experience in creation of a wide range of art-work collateral, such as print and digital adaptations, re-touching, image manipulation, POS materials.
- Creative and ideation skills are a bonus.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
- You must be confident with clients and have a consistent record of taking, interpreting, clear communication and delivering projects, within agreed upon timeframes.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Well-rounded Figma knowledge
- Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent industry experience.
- An excellent portfolio of varied artworking examples.
- Experience mentoring and leading a team
