Building Surveyor, Disrepair MRICS - Permanent Position - London - 60-80k

I am recruiting for a MRICS Building Surveyor for a client I’m working with based out of Manchester.

The Surveyor will be working as a permanent member of staff with a salary range between 60-80k.

The role is fully remote, so when you are not on-site, you will be based from home.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Housing Disrepair experience
- MRICS or FRICS Qualified

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Writing up Scott Schedules

Rate: 60-80k per annum

Hours: 35 per week
