**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with care work and responsibilities when required.
- Assisting with client reviews, care plans and on-call duties.
- Be able to take the on-call phone every second weekend.
- Recording service user information in the care plan.
- Reporting to the senior care coordinator and care manager.
- Assisting with creating and implementing organisation procedures and practices.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- An ability to work independently and on their own initiative.
- Must have a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
- Successful applicants MUST register for the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) and this cost will be paid by the individual, or update by company.
- Ideally a Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene / Moving & Handling certification.
- The individual should be caring, friendly and patient.
- Living in Falkirk or surrounding areas.
