Providing highly complex information and operational technology (IT and OT) infrastructure support, response, recovery, and maintenance; creating and maintaining IT and OT documentation; monitoring and maintaining IT asset records. Functions as Tier I, II and III support. Considered SME. Acts as Lead.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Participating in an on-call rotation with other infrastructure staff; informing users of progress and or resolution.
- Completing highly complex technical and project-based assignments, promoting the effective use of new and existing technology while protecting the company from cyber access or destruction.
- Providing onsite or remote diagnoses and resolution to hardware and software issues by responding to complex service desk and planned work requests.
- Performing complex preventive and responsive maintenance; analyses, diagnoses and ensuring effective resolutions; monitors a variety of hardware, software and network systems; ensuring the safety and security of IT assets and data.
- Supporting mobile/satellite communication.
- Coordinating the purchasing and disposal of IT equipment and electronic devices according to IT security and environmental policies.
- Maintaining customer service standards.
- Supporting applicable quality, health and/or safety IT documentation.
- Analyses needs and designs cyber security awareness, hardware, software, and electronic device training to end users.
- Acting as lead to IT support staff, assisting supervisor with scheduling and reviewing work; representing supervisor in meetings; may function, short term, as a working supervisor with limited responsibilities.
- Complying with global software licensing requirements.
- Performing additional assignments as required.

**Job Specifications**:

- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to perform duties according to on-call schedule; work non-office hours and weekends, travel internationally and domestically.
- Ability to use electronic devices.
