**Construction Telehandler Driver & Site Labourer with 5 Years' Experience**

**About Us**:
Maple Homes is a reputable construction company operating in Middlewood Road, Poynton, Cheshire on a small site building 4 starter homes. We specialize in delivering high-quality construction projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a reliable and experienced construction keyman / telehandler driver to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and drive telehandlers to lift, move, and transport various materials and equipment safely within the construction site.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself, fellow workers, and the site.
- Maintain the telehandler equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations on the site.
- Be flexible and willing to carry out additional tasks, including opening and locking the site, cleaning out houses, and supporting tradespeople when required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a construction telehandler driver, operating machinery in a variety of construction settings.
- Valid and up-to-date telehandler operator certification or licence. (Driver Licence will also be required and own PPE, Transport)
- In-depth understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects if necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to rapidly changing construction site demands.

**Rate £16-£17 ph**

**Salary**: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
