**About the role**:
As a Supplier Relationship Specialist Marketing Category at NFU Mutual, you’ll lead, advise, and guide on the delivery of excellent supply chain performance that supports our key business outcomes and contributes to our long-term objectives. You will be responsible for establishing and continually developing partnering relationships with multiple stakeholders, managing the performance of the existing supply chain predominately within Marketing and implementing improvements to ensure delivery in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability (QCDS) outcomes. This role is crucial in minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with our policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will lead supply chain performance to drive excellence and support NFU Mutual's long-term business objectives. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business and externally will be crucial, as it will help understand and meet the required service and QCDS outcomes. You will monitor and manage the performance of the supply chain, ensuring the delivery of contract value in terms of QCDS while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

**About you**:

- Contract Management: Demonstrable experience in negotiating and managing the contract lifecycle of Marketing as a category.
- Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms and conditions, and commercial risk.
- Vendor Management: Specialist knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices, including emerging trends.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Experience managing supplier relationships across multiple categories.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels within a business.

The CIPS qualification is desirable to hold for this position.
