**Trainer and Assessor Vacancy**

AMC Training and Consultancy is a provider of railway training and consultancy services. We work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards that enhance their skills and knowledge. As a Railway Trainer and Assessor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs and facilitating the development of railway personnel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for railway employees, covering various safety protocols, technical skills, and industry best practices.
- Conduct classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to effectively train individuals and groups.
- Customise training materials and approaches to meet the specific needs of different roles and levels within the railway industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their continuous improvement through workplace mentoring and assessments.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience working in the railway industry, with a strong understanding of safety protocols, operational procedures, and technical aspects.
- Proven track record as a trainer and assessor, delivering effective and engaging training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage training materials and documentation.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods to different learning styles and participant backgrounds.
- Recognised qualifications and certifications in training and assessing, ideally TAQA A1 qualification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving License.
- Northern Ireland based role, but must be willing to travel to Scotland, England and Wales.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
