**What you'll be doing**
- Being the main point of contact for drivers, dealing with; work instructions, re-load details, operational issues.
- Responding to and dealing with the above in a timely manner to reduce driver downtime.
- Being responsible for the distribution of company comms to drivers e.g, wage slips, letters, holiday cards etc.
- Ensuring the plan is executed and any unavoidable deviation from the plan is executed in the most cost effective way possible whilst ensuring customer service has mínimal disruption.
- Ensuring all decisions are made in line with Transport Legislation and the Working Time Directive.
- Carrying out fleet status checks as an when required throughout the day.
- Highlighting and communicating late running vehicles to the Traffic support team.
- Owning the nights handover process and distribute to relevant parties as necessary.
- Updating ETAs for any inbound vehicles to ensure core systems and visibility to other departments is accurate.
- Maintaining and updating all relevant systems as and when required.
- Being responsible for the analysis and corrective action on specific KPIs as set by the Transport Planning Manager.
- Working closely with the Transport Management team to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

**Working Hours**

4 on 4 off. 7am - 7pm shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
