**Customer Service and Sales Advisor** - **Jewson Builders Merchants - Lochgilphead**

Our ambitious **Jewson** team **in Lochgilphead** are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Customer Service Advisor**who prides themselves on delivering first class service and who aspires to really make a difference.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for contributing and exceeding customer expectations whilst supporting achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling products.

A **Customer Service Advisor** is an essential role within the branch network, you will have the opportunity to experience a bit of everything from working in the branch. This role has a strong focus on customer service, so it is great for someonewho loves to build relationships with customers both face to face and over the phone.

**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday 8am-5pm | Alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm (44.5 hours/week)

**What will I be doing?**
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

**This is a permanent full-time position with lots of room to progress within the branch and develop your skillset by working in different areas.**
