**We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Jewson branch in Farnham (GU9 9NS)**

This role will focus on our **Tool Hire Department** by building relationships with new clients and promoting the tool hire offer in our branch. This role has a strong focus on customer service and requires a proactive and confident approachin order to promote our excellent tool hire offer.

We're a busy and well established branch with a substantial Tool Hire Department and our friendly team pride themselves on offering a great service and excellent product knowledge. - Previous experience working within a tool/plant hire role would be extremely beneficial
- A strong sales focus with experience in a similar role
- An understanding of tools and their workings
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as part of a team
- A full clean driving license

**Hours of work: 7:30am-17:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am-12:00pm every other Saturday**
- **What will I be doing?**_

As this role has a strong focus on sales, we are looking for someone who loves to build relationships with customers and proactively generate sales both face to face and over the phone. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, both face to face and over the phone
- Understand your customers tool hire needs in order to provide proactive advice and solutions
- Be a direct support to the Tool Hire Manager and other members of the team
- Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Follow plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and keep accurate records of maintenance
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
- Occasionally be available for delivery/collection of hire equipment using a 3.5t van
