**Person Specification**

An ibrick Instructor will be:

- aged 17 and over
- enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and young people
- polite, patient and punctual
- effective at working in a team
- a flexible thinker so they can adapt workshops to the group as necessary
- able to reflect on their work and communicate feedback to colleagues
- able to inspire all children to take part in, and enjoy, the activities on offer
- able to drive (essential)
- experienced in working in the education sector (desirable)

**Job Specification**

An ibrick Instructor will:

- provide childcare
- promote the values and ethos of House of Fun at all times
- deliver fun ibrick Lego workshops for 5-15 year olds, in line with an agreed workshop focus/learning objective
- help to plan termly workshop timetables alongside colleagues
- give regular feedback to colleagues
- take part in necessary training linked to the role

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.31 per hour
