LOCATION: Chesham

**Job Description**:
To provide outstanding customer experience through excellent design, communication, and coordination of the end to end project.
- Listen to and discuss customer needs to create a design brief in store
- Completing consultations and sketches with the customer on the store floor
- Work with and support colleagues in store, and the installation team, to provide a

consistent and exceptional customer journey
- Produce designs and the kitchen presentation pack to brand standards using Autocad
- Conduct surveys
- Ability to listen and understand the clients’ needs, and be able to offer practical

advice and product recommendations
- Administer and manage customer projects including accurate payments and information
- Provide keyholder support to the store with opening and closing
- Confident, approachable and engaging personality
- Creative and collaborative approach to working
- Understanding of luxury, clientelling customer journey
- Ability to listen and understand the clients’ needs, and able to offer practical advice

and product recommendations
- Experience using AutoCAD,
- Previous experience in a kitchen design role, OR Interior Designer with kitchen

experience
- Experienced in the project coordination and administration of designs
- Ability to work as part of a retail and design team
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
