Michelin or fine dining experience is preferred. This role will cover shifts for lunch and dinner from Thursday to Monday.

Hetton is a small village on the outskirts of Skipton, public transport links are very limited so your own transport is required.

Who we think makes a great Restaurant Supervisor
- You will have a passion for pleasing, to ensure our guests have an exceptional dining experience
- You will have previous experience in food and beverage, ideally gained in a similar environment
- You will have an interest in the clients and make their mornings easier by judging and reading each person
- You will be a confident communicator. This is important to liaise with our guests and your other team members
- You will always be looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the business, upsell and contribute to achieve results
- You will make sure all food safety and health and safety standards are met throughout
- You will know how to deal effectively with guest feedback, both positive and negative

The details... The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for the following;
- To visibly act upon each client’s need, quickly and efficiently whilst guiding the team to follow suit
- Ensure all mis en place is clean and polished, as the company guidelines suggest
- The role will involve preparing drinks and serving food, both with a passion and interest
- To show capability in a paced restaurant
- To have an understanding and efficiency of stock control
- To serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Follow the example of your senior colleagues, to keep consistency within the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
