This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and has excellent administration skills to join our well established and highly regarded automotive client as a **Rental Agent.**

**Working within a busy fast paced Rental Desk team, as a Rental Agent your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing daily incoming requests from customers
- Action and facilitate collections and deliveries
- Ensure vehicle compliance (eg. MOTs, Servicing, Insurance etc)
- Update the movement of each vehicle on in-house database and via Excel spreadsheets
- Open and close down jobs
- Liaise with internal teams and departments
- Welcome customers on site

**Key skills and experience required for the role of Rental Agent include**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Customer service and office administration experience
- PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, work under pressure, manage time effectively, multi task and prioritise
- Team player, happy to help out in all areas
- Driving licence and own transport due to location (Offices are approx 5 minute drive from Syston, no public transport available)

Hours - Monday to Friday, 8-5pm followed by 8.30-5.30pm

Salary £25,000 + Bonus (team bonus which ranges from £50-£150 per month)
