This role is to effectively complete all tasks associated the sales and purchase ledgers within the Accounts Department. As well as assist with the day to day activities of all functions of the accounts department.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To work efficiently and maintain the company purchase and sales ledger accounts and work with a pro-active approach dealing with all enquires and queries.
- Attend to visitors in reception, answer and direct incoming calls.
- Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customer and other departments.
- Working closely with colleagues so that workload is managed effectively to reach set targets.
- Process purchase invoices and credit notes.
- Ensures that company paperwork is collated, recorded so that accurate records can be maintained such as the production of invoices and credit notes.
- Yearly archiving of accounting documents.
- Order stationery.

**Other General Responsibilities**:

- Must be willing to undertake training in order to assist personal development and help the growth of the business.
- Be willing to assist customer’s enquiries and questions, adopting the highest standard of customer care. Be helpful and guide the customer to the relevant company department.
- Endeavour to work as part of the account’s team to achieve the objectives of the department and follow management instructions.
- Assist with other accounts functions to ensure the smooth running of the department.
