**Job overview**:
An opportunity has arisen for two Clinical Fellows to work within NHSE Northwest Workforce, Training & Education Directorate’s COVID Recovery Programme focusing on the teaching of effective clinical reasoning and decision making and its role in improving patient care - facilitating ‘right patient, right place, every time’. The post holder will be supported by the Associate Dean for COVID Recovery and supervised by Clinical Academics with an expertise in medical education, clinical reasoning and quality improvement. They will work closely with relevant clinical and service teams within the host trust.

**Main duties of the job**:
Applicants must currently be in an NHSE WT&E recognised training post. The terms of the fellowship are flexible, applicants may consider committing to 1 or 2 days per week. The successful applicant will deliver the role in parallel with their clinical training which will continue on a less than full time basis during the 12 month secondment.

- Registration with General Medical Council and licence to practice
- Primary medical qualification (MB ChB or equivalent)
- Successful completion of UK Foundation training
- Must currently be in a HEENW (NHSE Northwest WTED) training post at the level of ST3 or above
