As a Booking advisor you will provide exceptional customer service. You will be liaising with customers, booking appointments for the service team, being the point of contact from the start of the service booking experience up to the customers journey intothe dealership.

**Responsibilities**
- Great organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workloads under pressure.
- Maintain Customer Databases & general administration duties.
- Can work independently and as part of team
- Handling customer queries efficiently

**Qualifications**
- Good attitude
- Previous call center experience desired not essential
- Previous service advisor experience desired not essential

**Salary and Benefits**

Up to £22,000 Basic DOE

Monday-Friday 08:30 - 18:00

Saturday 09:00 - 12:30

In house training provided

Fantastic main dealer experience
